PARALYZERS OF MEN’S DESTINIES ([PART 1)
Destiny has to do with your future, the reason for your creation as a man. God’s divine agenda for your life. Every man created by God is created for a reason and purpose. That reason and purpose which will manifest or unfold as you live your life defines your destiny. Paralysis on the other hand has to do with death of a part or entirety of a thing. So when we talk about the paralyzers of Men’s destiny, we are talking about those forces or powers that destroy men’s destinies. These powers may paralyze marriages, finances, career, business etc. From research, destinies of many men have been paralyzed. A man who is destined to be a great man, you see him struggling to feed himself, why, his destiny has been re-arranged by destiny paralyzers.
What is the weapon used to paralyze men’s destinies?
SEX: Proverb Chapter 6, verses 32 and 33 says “But whosoever committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding, he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul. A wound and dishonor shall he get and his reproach shall not be wiped away”. What a saying. Many men’s destinies have been turned upside down just because of a few seconds Illicit sexual pleasure. Sex has destroyed many men’s destinies and will still continue to destroy many if precaution is not taken. Many men will comfortably leave their houses and go into a harlot’s house or a woman that is not legally married to them to satisfy their immoral sexual desires. Most men think they are having fun, but actually they are spelling doom and destruction for themselves. Look at what the bible said in Proverb 7, 26-27 “For she hath cast down many wounded, yea, many strong men have been slain by her. Her house is the way to hell going down to the chambers of death.”
Scripturally, men are supposed to be providers in their homes. But in most homes these days’ women are bread winners. Why? Such men’s destinies have been paralyzed by daughters of Jezebel. The truth is that any man who can control his sexual urge can be in charge of his life and will surely fulfill his God ordained destiny. A man whose destiny has been paralyzed will struggle all through his life.
Whether you believe it or not, Sexual Temptation must come to you as a man. It does not matter if you are rich or poor, handsome or ugly, as far as you are a man with destiny, you must have sexual temptations and if you don’t control this urge, it may ruin and paralyze ones destiny unless there is a divine intervention.
Sources of Temptation:
• Lust: Anything you lust after will automatically become a source of temptation for you in life. Many men cannot see a pretty woman without desiring to sleep with her.
• Undefined relationship with the opposite sex: What will a woman not legally married to you be doing in your house, on your bed in odd hours of the day? There should be a limit with every relationship with the opposite sex. Don’t say you are born again, dear brothers, you will fall. Always define what ever relationship you have and keep to your limits.
• As a man, do not get intimate with single ladies, widows, and semi/partial singles (husband not living with them). They are sure source of temptation.
• Unfulfilled Sexual satisfaction: Any time you wanted to sleep with your wife and because of one issue or the other, it did not happen. This is a time you see the animal in men manifesting. When they go out they can sleep with anything on skirt just to satisfy that unfulfilled sexual urge. Men please beware.
• Provocative Dressing: Women these days prefer to go about naked. Any man that cannot control the animal in him will end up destroying his destiny. In our homes, you see your wife’s sisters exposing all areas of her body that is meant to be private. In the offices the same thing, any lady that does not expose her cleavage these days does not have breast to flaunt. The bible says flee. Please flee.
• Unresolved Sexual Bondage: Any time you sleep with a woman outside your marriage for the first time, you have entered into a covenant with her. The truth is that you will continue to sleep with her any time you see her. Its better you don’t start it at all, because that is sure road to destruction.
• Pornography and Sexually motivated Movies: Every time you see a naked woman either in a movie or in the internet or magazines, the next thing the animal in you will start desiring to have a fling. Men avoid anything that will lure you into immoral sex .The truth is that we have different levels of grace. A man may commit adultery or fornication all his life and still God will save him, but another may do it just once and he is doomed forever. The solution is total abstinence from sin.

9 out of every 10 men you meet or see are battling with sexual lust.
8 out of every 10 men cannot handle sexual pressures when they come.
7 out of every 10 men have slept with another woman aside from his wife

CONSEQUENCES OF UNCONTROLLED SEXUAL LUST:
It blind folds a man, weakens his spiritual strength and above all things paralyzes his destiny.
It can put a man into bondage for the rest of his life unless there is a divine intervention.
It can trade one s glory, destiny and future.
It destroys life, marriages and testimonies.
It is the major cause of polygamy.
It leads to divorce; it also leads to premature death.
WHAT IS THE WAY OUT?
Never see you self as a superman. Don’t ever say, it cannot happen to you. The bible says he who thinks he stands should take heed less he fall.
Seek freedom from past sexual entanglements and resolve never to indulge into such again.
Handle and treat your body as the temple of God. If you honour your body you will not mess it with other women who are not legally tied with you.
Have a good marriage no matter what it will cost. Nurture your marriage and make it work. If your marriage is working you will sure reduce temptation.
Maintain high level of self discipline or you become a prey to sexual lust.
Work on your character, integrity and attitude.
Run away from stimulants and appearance of evil.
Avoid satanic parties and gathering.
Have a father or mentor that will always advice and guide you.
Avoid bad friends.
